Control Mapping Reader is operated by The Art of Service Pty Ltd, GPO Box 2673, Brisbane QLD 4001, Australia. By using it you accept these terms.

What it does and does not do

It places a control statement, a clause, a finding or a questionnaire line against the held text of the standards and shows the nearest held controls in the other regimes. It does not rule on whether a control is implemented, whether an organisation meets a standard, or what an auditor will accept. Each placement names the regime and the control and says what it shares; the assessor decides everything else.

The held text

Each requirement is our statement of its clause, read against the copy we hold and cited to it, not the instrument verbatim. Where a text is not held in full, the page names it and does not state it. A nearest-text row is not a reviewed row; a row is labelled reviewed only when a released, reviewed pair supports it.

Accounts and payment

Placing a control needs no account. Saving an artifact and the reviewed pairs are on the paid plans; payment is handled by Stripe, and the account is created from the email you give at checkout. Cancel any time from the billing portal; refunds on request within 30 days. Prices are in US dollars, with VAT or GST added where it applies.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for any decision taken on the strength of a placement. Verify every placement against the standard you hold. Contact support@theartofservice.com with any question.
